Angie Durham is the host of the podcast Revealed. Angie is first and foremost a follower of Jesus Christ. She is the grateful wife of Wade who supports her in whatever God is calling her to do. She stayed at home with two lovely girls, Grayson (20) and Cassie (17). Angie’s family is the joy of her life. Angie was born and raised in Thomasville, Georgia where she still calls home. The podcast is recorded in her hometown and the stories shared are those of local Thomasvillians. Angie started the podcast with her own story which can be heard in Episode 1. She knew that it would take courage for people living in a small town to share their stories so she started with her own. It is Angie’s hope that people would be encouraged by the stories they hear on the podcast which will help them navigate through their own struggles. People have busy lives. We get so busy that we don’t notice others around us that are hurting. Sometimes just the simplest smile can encourage a person. Angie hopes that people will be inspired by the podcast to be aware of others. Slow down and notice people! The COVID-19 crisis has left many people feeling hopeless and scared. This crisis has also MADE us slow down. More people have started reading their Bibles and are turning to God. We haven’t been able to attend church in a building so we long to assemble together. We have cherished the time we’ve had to spend with our families. God wants to work all things together for good in your story. No matter what you have been through, there is a God who created you with a purpose. He loves you and wants to heal your heart.
